Due to the customized elements of the products, and the ordering of curated gifts to include, there is a no refund policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly!

Once you have placed your pre-order, an email will be sent with a link to the questionnaires!

It takes about 2-3 weeks once a pre-order has been made to fulfill a customized Escape. As soon as your questionnaire has been submitted, I can begin working on your Escape!

At the moment, there is not a shipping option for deliveries outside the U.S. but I intend to make that available in the near future!

The Escapes are designed for you to explore and make your own inferences to solve the puzzles! The Escapes are not story driven, nor are there explicit instructions to guide you. The fun is in arriving at your own conclusions so you can achieve that satisfying A-HA moment! That said, clues and answers will be provided to help you along the way. I recommend only using them if necessary!

Completion times will vary for everyone; on average it could take anywhere between 1-3+ hours to reach the end.

Yes! You will need access to a mobile device that has QR code scanning capabilities (for puzzles, clues, and hints). Depending on the Escape theme, you may also need access to a particular app, website, or your computer. All other physical tools required to complete the puzzles will be provided in your package, excluding certain materials such as lighters, matches, lithium batteries, etc...
